A Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa prototype made in 1957 sold for fantastic prices in an auction at Pebble Beach, California,USA,Sunday,August 21, 2011.
Car racing was originally opened at a price of 14.9 million U.S. dollars (equivalent to Rp 127 billion),but eventually sold for 16.39 million U.S. dollars or equivalent to Rp 139 billion. However,the buyer's name was not mentioned.
The auction event held in 2011 Gooding & Company Pebble Beach Auction. According to Forbes, the Ferrari is so valuable because he is the prototype of the Testa Rossa line of type which is a champion in the history of Le Mans race.
