American racer Gina Bovaird in the U.K. circa 1982 with her Yamaha TZ500 She would use both a TZ500 and a Suzuki RG500 in Europe. Gina would go on to become the only woman to qualify for a 500cc Grand Prix race. Earlier in this same year she became the fastest rookie to ever lap Daytona Speedway at 183 mph on this same machine.
